This apartment is located on the 30th floor of a new building in Kiev. There was nothing in the apartment apartment: neither batteries no ties, even windows needed the replacement. Even the view from the windows hinted at the loft... It was decided to use elements of a roughly treated tree, black metal, as well as some stylized items.
Initially, the layout looked like a dark corridor with two rooms and a bathroom. Now it is a bedroom and a spacious living room, combined with a kitchen and dining room. The non-standard position of the kitchen was balanced out with a transom between the bedroom and kitchen. Thus, even the furthest part of the apartment got illuminated in a natural way.
Space is as versatile and practical as possible. This idea is supported by radiators. Since there was no heating in the apartment, we decided to use vintage iron radiators, painted red.
The bath looks industrial and even brutal: wood grain tiles, torn slate. Even the washbasin is hewn out of a stone block.
