The main challenge was working for an abstract client, which always happens when a project is prepared for housing that will be rented out. Our goal was to make a universal interior and apartment owners have expressed the wish to create a space for couples without children.
After redevelopment the project area of 93 sq m, allowed to place all the facilities necessary for a comfortable stay: kitchen, living room, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom.
The dining room has been placed on the balcony, which is connected with the main space of the project. French windows have been instaled on the balcony along with the roof made out of glass what let to fill the room with the daylights.
For this project, we used natural materials and furniture of Ukrainian and Polish production. The bright turquoise and its shades, which are found in each room, have allowed the project to acquire a more expressive character and individuality.
