Real estate can be a step forward to independence, an investment in the future, or a stage in the development of the business. In each of these cases, a design project is a means of adding value. In what way?

For example, the design of housing interiors is a very specific work. Often, you can get the most unexpected results for this search query.

You have to understand that now we’ll be talking about a universal modern interior, which is distinguished by the convenience and practicality, and which is easily transformable to meet other preferences and needs. The quality interior design presumes a convenient location for the engineering communications takeouts (electricity, heating, water, gas, etc.).

Neutral finishing materials and bright accents in textiles and decor will provide the opportunity to adjust the mood of the interior to the needs of new residents. And the correct budget planning will allow you to quickly, qualitatively, and predictably finish repairs that will add value to your home rather than become a waste of money.

The situation with housing for rent is very similar. The turnkey interior design will enable creating a space that makes a positive first impression, and that is fairly easy to decorate to the taste of the tenant. A proper selection of materials will allow to not only optimize a budget but also reduce depreciation. And the correct and convenient arrangement of communications will let you get by without major repairs for a long time.

Commercial premises can be very different. Therefore, it will be appropriate to explain in which case the interior design is necessary. The buildings that are designed to attract the client from the street: a hairdressing salon, a beauty salon, a clothing store. Chain locations when several different premises should be in the same style: chain stores, cafes, bistros, travel agencies. Facilities serving premium clients: VIP-banking departments, boutiques, notary offices, law firms, spa salons, dental studios.

Big companies with 50+ employees will stand as a separate point since, for them, the interior design is necessary for an effective accommodation of people in the existing space. Or companies that need to arrange a lobby and client area. In other words, the projects of commercial premises regard the use of interior as a confirmation of their status, continuation of philosophy, or demonstration of the style.

Taking into account the desires of clients, KMDesign professionals always analyze all components of the future project and its potential strengths and weaknesses so that the client would understand right away which of their ideas or wishes will help to create a quality product, and what is better to give up immediately.

That is why we divide all work on the project into stages. The largest division is the pre-project analysis and design. The pre-project analysis includes departure to the object, measurements and engineering survey; meeting with the client, drawing up the preliminary task for designing and its analysis; preparing a proposal for planning, ideas for organizing space, drawing up a task for design.

The project consists of the visual part, the technical part, and the specifications. The visual part includes the development of visualization and decor. The technical part includes the development of drawings and the selection of materials. The specifications include finishing materials, furniture, home appliances, lighting devices, plumbing fixtures, doors, and other elements of interior decoration.
