You buy an apartment and till the very last moment, you’re not sure whether to give it for rent, let your son live there or relocate your mother from a larger apartment so that she would have less space to take care of - sounds familiar? This project is our response to the task: with minimum efforts, to create a space that would meet modern trends and could be easily adapted to new needs.

For example, the kitchen: minimum upper sections - only in places where there’s going to be the dryer for dishes and the boiler. Bedroom: just in case, with a workplace for a computer, reading, or doing some craft work. Full-size dressing room. The technical cabinet, as well as a bathroom, that fits both a bathtub and a shower.

Everything is very easy to take care of, the materials are simple but reliable. The overall color gamut is calm, but with color accents that can easily be removed or replaced with something else. And the lack of drywall ceilings and the doors higher than typical make the room visually bigger.

It is good for a rent, for lease, life and study in parallel, without spending too much time on cleaning or maintenance of the apartment.
