Tsehova

The apartment is located in the heart of Lviv, with the beautiful view of the High Castle. But it is used as an office, not a flat. The main purpose of it is that the building is located in Lviv's business centre, almost all apartments in this building are used as office facilities. The project has been created according to the requirements of three company's owners, who asked for a trendy, expensive and presentable interior, but at the same time with a cosy home atmosphere.

The redevelopment was a necessary action as it was a one-room apartment. We demolished the walls without replacing them with new ones. Here is what we have god as a result: entrance hall, office open space, connected with kitchen and small dining area, and a bathroom.

The product of complex mathematical calculations, the wall of parametric panels are used as the main decorative element in design.

In order that nothing would distract the owners and their guests from important business processes, we put the kitchen behind a sliding system of veneered facades.
