Zvenygorod

A house of 200 m² in the village of Zvenigorod was designed from scratch.

The project in the village of Zvenigorod, we have carefully considered not only from the point of view of design, but also took care of the effective use of the area and budget. The customer wanted laconicity and convenience, but in turn, we tried to turn it around with comfort, which is why this project is as convenient as possible: windows to the south are the largest, to the north only from the staircase. To avoid docking above the entrance, the entrance drowned. Instead of a garage - a canopy, instead of a gazebo with a grill - a terrace with a barbecue area: thus, the kitchen serves the dining room and the terrace. The insulation of the house is designed in such a way that it allows to spend on heating no more than 10 kW, which in turn allows the use of heat pumps for heating, and they also save energy consumption. The roof is flat and exploited, so taking care of the prospect, it provides for the construction of solar panels.

We aren't looking for easy ways, so the interior was designed functional, but stylish. With the use of modern universal materials: artificial stone, vinyl, aluminum, and natural: wood and fabrics.

The kitchen is fitted with a large countertop. All equipment is carefully hidden, even multivarka in a separate locker with its own hood.

Oest serves as an additional dining area.

The master bedroom has its own wardrobe and bathroom, so in the room there is only a bed and a biokamin for the mood.

Two small princesses will live in the house. For each we have developed our own corner with the wishes of the girls.
