KM Obriy by Koshulynskyy & Mayer was awarded Bronze at the International Design Awards 2023 for its architectural clarity and a restrained, landscape-driven approach to residential design. The project explores a calm spatial language where materials, light and context work as a unified composition. The International Design Awards recognises outstanding projects that set new standards in contemporary architecture and interior design.
