Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

The Privacy Policy refers to the rules governing the collection, processing, use, and protection of personal data that may be requested or obtained when using the knowledge management web portal in the field of professional training “Knowledge Management Portal” (hereinafter referred to as the Portal).

Personal data refers to information or a set of information about an individual or legal entity that is identified or can be specifically identified.

The Portal Administrator highly respects the confidential (personal) information of any persons using the information posted on the Portal, as well as the subjects of the Portal — registered users, authorized representatives of providers, instructors (trainers) — and strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data, thereby creating and providing the most comfortable conditions for using the Portal.

By filling in the registration form and checking the box indicating familiarity with this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy), you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of ensuring role-based access, preparing statistical, administrative, and other information on professional training issues.

Before using the Portal, please carefully review your rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data, as outlined in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data,” this Policy, and express your full agreement with its terms.

2. Collection and Use of Personal Data

The first point of attention: avoid using cheap dyes. If the paint is cheap, the composition cannot guarantee you a perfectly white color. Cheap paints usually have a blue or green tint. Only quality paints can guarantee a truly white color.

For designers, it would be too simple to use regular white, so we often choose “off-white.” “Off-white” is not just white, but more complex derivatives of it. To create a stylish and trendy “off-white” interior, you first need to choose a base white shade, such as cream or ecru. Then, on one wall, we add a touch of pink, and on another—lemon-blue. This way, we get not a “boring white,” but a subtle effect of white: the color accents will manifest differently depending on the lighting. Your home will look stylish, and you won’t have the effect of “cold white walls.”

How does white work? You already know that we choose white to visually expand the space. But will it work if the room is quite dark and lacks large windows? For the color to fully reveal itself and perform its functions, its catalyst is light.

3. Access to Personal Data

The collection, processing, and use of personal data are carried out for the purpose of:

  • Ensuring role-based access, including:

    • Registering Portal subjects (users, authorized provider representatives, instructors (trainers)) and managing (including differentiating access rights to structural elements of the Portal and answering questions);
    • Organizing electronic interaction between Portal subjects through personal accounts;
  • Summarizing and systematizing registers and structured data, including:

    • Creating a list of instructors (trainers);
    • Forming an open and impartial rating of providers, instructors (trainers);
    • Monitoring, summarizing, and analyzing statistical data generated by Portal subjects as a result of its use.

Personal data is stored for no longer than necessary, according to the purpose of its collection, processing, and use, or until you cease using the Portal by deleting your account on the Portal.

A limited amount of personal data (full name, phone number, email, workplace, and position, information about completed training), which allows determining the legitimacy of requesting relevant educational services, becomes available to registered subjects on the Portal who provide educational services in the field of professional training (hereinafter referred to as providers).

The personal data in the personal accounts of instructors (trainers) become fully available to registered providers on the Portal to facilitate potential collaboration.

The personal data of a provider as a legal entity (excluding personal data of the provider’s employee (authorized person) managing the provider’s profile) is publicly accessible to all subjects of the Portal.

In all other cases, full access to the personal data of registered Portal subjects is granted to the authorized representative of the Portal administrator.
