Co-founder of KOSHULYNSKYY & MAYER, designer Karina Mayer, took the main stage at ART SPACE 2025 — an event dedicated to creative solutions in design, architecture, and business. Karina shared her experience in building a systematic management workflow that made it possible to execute a complex project without delays, even amid wartime risks and energy restrictions.
Among the core principles of efficiency she highlighted were:
— a unified team and a clear interaction structure, synchronizing more than ten contractor groups, from architects to engineers;
— the client’s financial discipline, with decisions approved and paid for on the same day;
— a system instead of improvisation, where design, procurement, visualization, and technical documentation progress in parallel;
— personal responsibility, meaning each participant understands how their actions influence the team’s overall result.
