In the heart of the Riviera City cottage community, nestled among quiet alleys and carefully curated landscapes, we created a home where contemporary aesthetics are seamlessly woven with the warmth of family comfort. Riviera City Park marks the ninth interior design project by KOSHULYNSKYY & MAYER within this residential complex — and each one is distinct in its emotional depth, architectural concept, and design narrative. This particular home is special: created for a young family seeking a new beginning — a space that is bright, refined, emotionally resonant, and deeply livable.
This is not a home about trends, but about the rhythm of everyday life. It avoids decorative excess in favor of architectural honesty — a principle where every element is intentional and meaningful. The interior design is guided by noble materials, precise detailing, and a quiet, balanced composition.
The design of this countryside home follows the philosophy of quiet luxury — not defined by the price of objects, but by spatial integrity and craftsmanship. Every line is deliberate, every texture serves a purpose, and the overall composition unfolds like a visual narrative.
The material palette features natural wood in warm tones, deep stone surfaces, tactile plaster, and soft matte metals. These layers create a textured atmosphere that’s read intuitively, without explanation. Each transition between functional zones is seamless — the space flows like a gentle melody, leading the resident forward.
At the core of the house is a spacious living room — open, luminous, and filled with daylight. Expansive panoramic windows connect the interior with the outdoors and evoke a feeling of oneness with nature. Here, interior design speaks through silence: textures come alive as sunlight passes through, and furniture becomes part of a dynamic, living space. From wall color to lighting fixtures, every decision is oriented toward one purpose — to evoke a feeling of comfort.
The kitchen is open but intuitively defined. At its center sits a large island whose steel surface reflects and transforms light throughout the day. Warm fabric-covered stools add softness, while pendant lights above the bar area bring rhythm and architectural precision.
Hidden storage systems are integrated behind natural wood panels to preserve visual clarity. This interior design proves that technology and homeliness can coexist in graceful harmony.
From the moment you enter, you’re welcomed by a play of perspectives. Mirrors amplify light, expand spatial depth, and create an illusion of boundlessness. A monochrome console, refined details, and geometric accents establish the tone for the entire home — understated elegance with architectural intent.
The private zone is dedicated to rest and reflection. Wooden panels, natural stone, and soft textiles create a quiet, embracing atmosphere. The bed is framed by a textured wall that acts as an architectural backdrop, while ambient lighting brings intimacy and softness to the evening routine.
The interior design of the child’s room supports growth and exploration. A custom-made headboard with integrated lighting, rounded forms, gentle fabrics, and earthy tones create an environment that nurtures creativity, safety, and beauty.
