Interior design that evokes the feeling of home.
RIVIERA SILVER is a private residence in Lviv, thoughtfully crafted for a young business mother seeking restoration, quiet, and meaningful moments with her loved ones. The interior design of this home is a dialogue between functionality and refined aesthetics, envisioned by KOSHULYNSKYY & MAYER in the spirit of intelligent elegance.
This space redefines the concept of family comfort. Friends gather effortlessly, children’s play blends with refined detailing, and style doesn’t overpower — it supports daily life with grace.
The kitchen — a hub of connection.
At the heart of the ground floor lies a spacious kitchen with a generous island that serves both as a culinary zone and a dinner table for family and friends. This interior design goes beyond visuals — it responds to the real needs of a modern host. Above the island, accent lighting draws attention while the kitchen seamlessly flows into the living space.
The fireplace — a bridge between functions.
Positioned between the kitchen and the media lounge is a custom fireplace clad in toned oak — the same material found on the shelving, stairs, and cabinetry. It acts as an architectural connector, visually linking zones while adding warmth. The soft firelight becomes a moment of calm after a demanding day.
Tone, texture, and thoughtful layering.
Glossy surfaces, oak wood, and glass come together to form an atmosphere of balance and stability. This interior design doesn’t aim to impress with opulence, but instead expresses inner strength and well-being. A laundry room tucked beneath the staircase is a quiet nod to smart functionality.
The upper level — a personal retreat.
The second floor is fully devoted to privacy. Here, the owner’s bedroom and two children’s rooms offer comfort tailored to individual rhythms. The master bedroom is serene and cocooning, enhanced by a transparent wardrobe with illuminated, grooved fronts that softly glow — adding texture and intimacy to the space.
Children’s rooms — thoughtful personalization.
The children’s rooms reflect individual personalities. The teenage girl’s room is mature yet versatile, ready to evolve with her in the coming years. The young boy’s room, themed around dinosaurs, is a creative haven featuring a custom hand-painted wall, playful lighting, and a unique bed — all coming together to fulfill his dream. For him, this interior design marked a milestone: “Now I’ll sleep in my own room.”
The bathroom and garden escape.
An additional bathroom was incorporated during execution, balancing function with aesthetic expression through a mix of dark tile and wood finishes. Outdoors, a private garden patio invites quiet mornings or joyful gatherings, offering another layer to the lifestyle this home supports.
A living interior that speaks for itself.
By the time the final video shoot began, there was no need for staged décor. Everything appeared as intended — complete and alive. That’s the highest praise for any designer. This is not an interior made just for photographs — it’s a space that’s lived in and loved. As the owner perfectly described:
“I don’t want to leave my home — not even for a moment.”
