The COSTA BRAVA project is a manifestation of quiet luxury shaped by harmony with the surrounding environment. KOSHULYNSKYY & MAYER studio designed the interior where every element aligns with the rhythm of the Mediterranean. The villa’s architecture, situated in the Costa Brava region, invites openness, natural light, and a sense of privacy — these principles served as the foundation for the interior design.

Functionality in dialogue with aesthetics

The layout revolves around family life and comfort. The living room, with a large sofa and projector, provides a space for connection and film nights. Adjacent is a dining area integrated with the kitchen, which can be separated via sliding partitions when needed. A secondary technical kitchen, typical for modern Spanish homes, adds functionality without compromising elegance.

The private zone: individuality and refinement

The master bedroom is a serene space defined by light, texture, and calmness. A natural beige palette is enriched by a dramatic accent wall in black marble — a material that acts as a sculptural centerpiece. A private terrace with sea views and a layered lighting scheme strengthens the bond between interior and nature.

Each child’s bedroom is uniquely designed to reflect their personality — merging practicality with imaginative charm.

Guest suite: refined hospitality

A fully equipped guest area is located on the villa’s lower level, complete with its own kitchen and access to a lush inner garden. This space seamlessly extends into the outdoor patio, creating an inviting atmosphere for long-term stays of relatives or family friends.

Materials that define the atmosphere

The true value of this interior lies in the selection of natural, enduring materials. Travertine floors, marble countertops, wood-paneled walls, and high-end European tiles in the bathrooms all contribute to a sense of visual serenity and timeless quality.
