This project was created for a client with a clear vision: the home had to reflect character — reserved, thoughtful, and visually cohesive. The interior is organized with the logic of a private hotel suite — offering everything essential for the comfortable life of a single person. No excess. Just maximum attention to detail.
A clear structure built for living.
The layout is as rational as it is elegant: two bedrooms, a spacious walk-in closet, laundry room, kitchen with an integrated bar island, living room, dining area, and two bathrooms — all composed logically, without compromising visual openness. This interior design is not about decor for the sake of decor — it’s about the feeling of a perfectly tuned space, where nothing is superfluous, yet everything necessary is present.
The kitchen takes center stage. Boldly designed in a deep, dark palette with warm copper accents, it features a bar counter integrated into a kitchen island that conceals a wine fridge. With well-calibrated lighting, this area seamlessly transitions from morning coffee to evening gatherings — a place where the owner can enjoy solitude or share time with friends.
A scene for quiet and shadowplay.
The living area is defined by depth and atmosphere. The palette — grey, graphite, and copper — evokes restraint and sophistication. Layered textures, soft textiles, an artisan rug, and sculptural lighting all contribute to a sense of grounded elegance. An elegant bio-fireplace beside the dining table enhances the microclimate of the space, shifting with the time of day — from morning light to the warm glow of evening.
The bedroom is a sanctuary of rest. A continental bed was custom selected to meet the owner’s highest standards: ideal height, proportions, and mattress comfort. Above the headboard — a copper-panel installation, more artwork than ornament. There is no television — this is a space for silence, reflection, and sleep. A minimalist desk by the window and a curated painting complete the quiet rhythm of the room.
Materials and details that define mood.
The bathrooms are wrapped in deep, moody tones. Natural stone, glass, and warm wood speak quietly of quality. Lighting beneath cabinetry, around mirrors, and embedded in architectural elements brings the textures to life. A large rainfall shower turns everyday routine into a private spa experience.
In the entryway, a built-in wardrobe is seamlessly integrated into wood-veneered panels. The result: a monolithic architectural gesture — sculptural and precise — that sets the tone from the very first step inside.
