The floors are adorned with elegant travertine, setting this home apart from our primary residence which features porcelain tiles and marble. We selected textiles from a range of durable yet wonderfully tactile fabrics, ensuring that both style and functionality coexist seamlessly throughout the space.
The recreation area, which was the inspiration behind the entire home’s design, is imposing and unforgettable, thanks to its style reminiscent of a luxurious 5-star hotel lounge. The kitchen, crafted by Boffi, showcases a trend-setting modern monolith aesthetic, while a cleverly integrated bar enhances the space, illuminated by enchanting lighting that beautifully complements the staircase. In this open-concept area, the dining table from the latest Visionnaire collection stands out as a true work of art. The extraordinary luxury area of sofas allows everyone to engage in conversation, enjoy a movie or gather around the fireplace – all within sight of one another. The central section of the ceiling and the TV wall are adorned with warm veneer in a soft red hue, while a sleek Visionnaire coffee table lies in front of the sofas. The overall effect is bright and exhilarating, yet refreshingly comfortable and not overwhelming.
The building features a stylish show kitchen complete with a bar and another spacious technical kitchen designed for caterers or professional chefs. Children can enjoy a dedicated play area, allowing adults to relax and converse in the living room.
