EDGE HOUSE — the third residence in the MONACO LINE series.
This project continues the philosophy of the collection — architectural precision, natural harmony, and flawless engineering, where interior design and architecture merge into a single, coherent language of form.
It is not merely a house — it is a demonstration of mastery and consistency, where every material, proportion, and line serves a higher aesthetic purpose.
The Essence of Design
The main theme of the house is the reflection of waves, light, and sand, where serenity meets the energy of movement.
The interior is built on tactile contrasts: smooth marble, noble wood, soft textiles, and glass that captures the shifting sunlight.
EDGE HOUSE represents timeless design — created not for spectacle, but for life itself. It embodies intellectual luxury — calm, scale, and quiet confidence without display.
Shared Living Space
The first level of EDGE HOUSE serves as the heart of daily life — a unified architectural composition combining the kitchen, living area, dining zone, and guest bathroom.
Natural light becomes the central design element, while panoramic windows open toward the coastline, visually merging the interior with the landscape beyond.
For comfort and accessibility, the residence includes an elevator connecting all floors, from the parking level to the private suites.
Furniture by Frato and Turri , precise geometry, and carefully orchestrated lighting create an atmosphere of equilibrium between technological sophistication and emotional comfort.
This is where design becomes a tool of everyday elegance — intuitive, functional, and enduring.
Private Level
The second floor is an embodiment of architectural serenity, founded on proportion and materiality.
The master suite includes a private bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, and terrace overlooking the sea — a space where morning light defines the rhythm of the day.
Each detail reflects dialogue: stone, wood, and textile interacting in harmony.
Two children’s rooms, designed in soft, natural palettes, foster a sense of calm and aesthetic awareness from early years.
Frato and Rimadesio pieces introduce intellectual restraint — where form follows purpose.
This level is defined by quiet sophistication and impeccable organization — a living environment shaped by clarity, balance, and respect for human scale.
Lower Level — Functional Precision
The basement level exemplifies architectural engineering refined to its core.
Laundry, wardrobes, server room, and a spacious children’s playroom are designed with the same level of precision as the living areas above.
The playroom transforms architecture into motion — with vibrant tones, ergonomic shapes, safe materials, and dynamic lighting that stimulate creativity and exploration.
Even the technical spaces are executed with the same guiding principles: precision, longevity, and timelessness.
Materials and Atmosphere
The material palette evokes the natural rhythm of the coast.
Noble wood, warm marble, soft light, and glass compose a landscape of calm elegance — reminiscent of waves, sand, and stone.
This interior design reflects the beauty of time slowed down.
Light glides along surfaces, creating “reflections of waves” that change throughout the day.
There is nothing accidental here — only materials tested by time, proportions that endure, and forms that remain relevant beyond trends.
The Philosophy of MONACO LINE
The MONACO LINE series is an architectural study of light, space, and boundaries.
HORIZON HOUSE explores perspective, SOLARIS HOUSE captures warmth, and EDGE HOUSE defines the fine line between stillness and motion, stability and flow.
For KOSHULYNSKYY & MAYER, interior design is not decoration — it is intellectual craftsmanship, where perfection is not shown but felt.
In the world of architecture, we do not create temporary trends — we create eternal proportions, forms that remain timeless regardless of era, culture, or place.
