ABOUT THE PROJECT

The interior design of SOLARIS HOUSE — the second residence in the MONACO LINE series by KOSHULYNSKYY & MAYER, located on the coast of Monaco.
This project continues the philosophy of the series — a balance of architectural precision, natural light, and the warmth of authentic materials.
The interior is defined by subtle touches of color that bring life and rhythm to the space while preserving a sense of calm harmony.
SOLARIS HOUSE represents a refined house design, where each level serves a distinct purpose — from the open social areas to the private and children’s rooms, all meticulously crafted to the finest detail.

Современная гостиная с уютной атмосферой

SOLARIS HOUSE continues the philosophy of architectural rationality and natural harmony, where interior design transcends aesthetics, becoming a discipline of logic, proportion, and refined function.
Light, natural materials, and a measured color palette shape an environment that speaks for itself.
This is not architecture that seeks to display status — it defines it.

The Social Floor

The first level of SOLARIS HOUSE is an open living space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas merge seamlessly into one continuous flow.
Every proportion is calculated with precision, and the lighting system subtly transitions from the rhythm of day to the intimacy of evening.

The kitchen represents engineering artistry — where technology disappears behind perfect form, leaving only clarity and functionality.
Soft furniture by   Minotti  strikes the balance between geometry and comfort, giving the living room its quiet visual rhythm.
Here, house design follows a single formula — serenity through intention. Every element exists for a reason.

The Private Floor

The second level embodies the architecture of silence.
The master bedroom is a study in proportion, light, and material.
Wood, marble, and fine textiles merge into a composition of timeless craftsmanship.
Rimadesio storage systems preserve the purity of line, maintaining a sense of calm openness.
Every detail is designed not for visual effect but for longevity — a defining principle of KOSHULYNSKYY & MAYER in every project.

The two children’s rooms are designed in a warm, tactile palette.
Soft textures, calm hues, and natural daylight create a nurturing environment of safety and discovery.
Each room features its own wardrobe and bathroom — a reflection of foresight and respect for evolving needs.
Here, modern design becomes not a stylistic gesture, but a tool for cultivating comfort and taste from childhood.

The Playroom — Architecture in Motion

On the lower level, the playroom exists as a world of its own — a spatial playground designed to encourage movement and imagination.
Here, design is not decorative — it functions.
The geometry of the walls, the interplay of colors, and the acoustic balance are precisely calibrated to inspire creativity and activity.
Every surface has purpose: from cushioned walls to dynamic lighting systems.
This is how interior design evolves into an educational and emotional environment.

Materials and Color

The interior is a dialogue between light, wood, and subtle accents of color.
Materials remain honest — without imitation or excess.
Natural wood, marble, linen, and soft metallic details create an atmosphere of contemporary refinement, where calm is crafted rather than declared.
Color is emotion — not decor.
Gentle shades of blue, clay, and graphite bring quiet vibrancy to the space, reinforcing the home’s natural balance.
The result is a space that breathes with understated confidence.

The MONACO LINE Philosophy

The MONACO LINE series is an architectural study of light.
HORIZON HOUSE  captures the stillness of morning, SOLARIS HOUSE — the warmth of day, and EDGE HOUSE — the energy of evening.
All three are united by one idea: to create architecture that transcends time.

For KOSHULYNSKYY & MAYER, interior design is an intellectual discipline where aesthetic precision and investment logic are equally important.
We create environments that endure — not because they seek eternity, but because they are born from an understanding of its value.
