ABOUT THE PROJECT

The young couple who own a house in the new RIVIERA cottage town is focused on planning their future, including building their dream home and starting a family. The interior of their home, as described by designer Karina Mayer, is like a nest for lovers that reflects thoughtfulness, balance and undeniable elegance.

While the architecture of this part of town differs from other projects with similar names, it still incorporates classic elements, presented uniquely and unconventionally. For example, the living room features not just traditional frames but decorative elements cut into parts. The furniture in the open living space is light and modern, perfectly blending with the classic ambience of the home.

RIVIERA CITY

The kitchen for the young housewife is equipped with all the necessary appliances, and covered with white facades that add a touch of elegance. It boasts two luxurious features that set it apart: firstly, the 80 cm deep tabletop of the working area simultaneously serves as a windowsill, allowing natural light to illuminate the space and creating a pleasant atmosphere and ample space for cooking; additionally, the tabletop and a round dining table are made using the unique Suminagashi painting technology developed by the renowned Ukrainian design studio DECORKUZNETSOV and sold by the DONNA factory. The striking pattern of Suminagashi is complemented by the floor tiles with a white marble design, tying the whole kitchen together harmoniously and stylishly.

The spacious living area is visually appealing from every angle; while seated on the sofa, the owner can enjoy watching the TV mounted on the exquisite wall panels and admire the three-sided fireplace. Likewise, his wife can comfortably watch TV, enjoy the fireplace and converse with her husband from the kitchen. The hostess is also able to oversee the stylish dining area from the kitchen.

Unique accents and subtle pops of colour give personality to the cosy home interior, with paintings on the walls, curtains and dining table chairs adding a touch of charm.
The entrance hall is efficiently designed with a guest bathroom and wardrobes cleverly concealed behind decorative panels, creating the illusion of a clutter-free space. This ensures a sense of openness and lightness that truly embodies the expression, “Here everything is filled with light and air”. A stylish backlit staircase hides a pantry room (accessible from the kitchen), perfect for storing large kitchen appliances and food.

The second floor of the house is divided into two wings: a master bedroom with its own walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, and the guest rooms that can easily be converted into children’s rooms since the design is tailored for young customers who are planning for the future.
