Located in the suburbs of Lviv, this private residence was created for a modern family in search of a space that reflects inner stillness, clarity, and warmth. The interior, crafted by KOSHULYNSKYY & MAYER, responds to a desire for understated luxury — led by architectural light, textured materials, and a seamlessly organized daily routine.

Design begins with composition.

From the very first steps in the hallway, the rhythm of the space is evident: light-toned natural veneer, integrated storage systems, and balanced lighting. Every element is intentional. The central accent — a large, circular stone insert — introduces a sense of depth and sculptural elegance. This is an aesthetic of calm, maturity, and structural clarity.

Double-height living room with a fireplace.

At the heart of the social area is a custom-designed fireplace — both visually and energetically the center of the home. Its vertical geometry emphasizes the room’s height, while the soft flame becomes a living focal point. The fireplace rests on a wide terrazzo base, adding rich texture to the surrounding space.

Thanks to full-height panoramic glazing, the living room is filled with natural light. The furniture is deliberately minimal: a palette of grey, beige, and graphite defines a cocoon-like environment perfect for tranquil family life.

Kitchen architecture as functional artistry.

The kitchen at RIVIERA SADOVA demonstrates how function and aesthetics can coexist seamlessly. Natural stone, chosen for its expressive texture, defines the countertops, backsplash, and island, imparting a sense of permanence. A built-in wine cabinet, deep work zones, and thoughtfully integrated lighting reveal a commitment to daily comfort. Wooden cabinetry and graphite details balance warmth with restraint.
